CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources Team and lead the charge in shaping how CHA attracts, engages, and hires exceptional people. In this pivotal role, you'll steward the full talent lifecycle, mentor a high-performing TA team, and partner with leaders to deliver a best in class, data driven recruiting program.



What You'll Do:

    Own the end to end recruiting lifecycle for a high volume of opportunities from early career to executive-level roles, designing effective, scalable sourcing and selection strategies that proactively engage quality talent and build robust pipelines
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Talent Acquisition team-setting quality standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to align talent plans with business needs and influence policies and decisions to gain alignment on recruiting strategies
  • Leverage data to monitor activity, distribute workloads, and measure staffing quality metrics; recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • In partnership with our Marketing team, will lead initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice, using recruitment marketing campaigns and talent engagement strategies
  • Maintain strong knowledge of best practices, marketplace trends, and relevant legislative/regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, modern recruitment
  • Contribute to broader programs such as student outreach and manager training to amplify talent impact across the company


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
  • Minimum of 15 years of strong high volume recruitment experience required, including 5 in a TA leadership role
  • Background in a professional service firm or the architecture/engineering (A/E) industry with a strong network of recruiter and candidate relationships is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; iCIMS experience preferred
  • Experience with other TA platforms including LinkedIn (required), Indeed, hire EZ and Juicebox (preferred)
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands on operational execution; operate with urgency, creativity, and reliability in dynamic environments
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and regulations required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills with professional presence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work in a metric-driven environment required
  • Ability to travel occasionally required

Salary Range:

$140,000 - $170,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
