Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Patient Access Manager to lead registration and financial clearance operations across two small critical access hospitals. These facilities see 30-50 patients per day, and the manager will split time between Valley City and Lisbon (approximately 45 miles apart). What You'll Do: * Lead a team of 15 direct reports, ensuring smooth patient registration and access processes. * Drive short- and long-term planning for all registration areas, including pre-service and point-of-service financial clearance. * Manage operational metrics to meet organizational goals, including service level agreements and budget targets. * Oversee staffing activities-hiring, training, performance management-and mentor supervisors to foster engagement and growth. * Collaborate with leadership to enforce policies and develop new procedures that align with hospital standards. * Communicate proactively with leadership and staff, providing feedback and solutions for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: * Strong leadership and customer service skills. * Experience with EMR/EHR systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced healthcare environment. * Previous supervisory experience, including hiring, training, and performance management.
