Lubbock Donor Advising Officer 43307BR TTUS Institutional Advancement Position Description Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni, parents, and friends of the Texas Tech University System to secure leadership annual and major gifts. Responsible for the successful accomplishment of annual advancement goals; and adherence to the prospect management system. Major/Essential Functions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills; excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; knowledge of all aspects of fundraising, including annual giving, planned giving, campaign management, and strategic planning or the proven ability to become highly proficient in these areas; demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience equal to five years.
