Operations Manager

Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative is seeking a highly motivated, Cooperatively minded

candidate for the position of Operations Manager.

Full time position based in Milnor, ND

This full-time, in-person position is responsible for all electrical distribution operations,

construction and maintenance functions of the Cooperative’s electric distribution

system, warehouse logistics, and work plan execution as well as management of the

Cooperative’s fleet and facilities. Familiarity with RUS standards and the NESC are

required.

Qualification Requirements:

The applicant must meet the minimum requirements listed below to be considered.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of industry related in electric utility operations and/or engineering work

required.

• Higher education degree and supervisory experience is preferred. Closely related job

experience may be substituted for the educational requirements.

• Experience in leading teams and projects is required.
