Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Practice Manager III to manage our Hospitalist group in Paducah, KY.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position directs and oversees all daily operations, both administrative andclinical services, for one or more physician office sites, with 10 or more providers, and approximately 26 ormore employees. Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the office whichincludes supervising all office personnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring deliveryof patient services, planning for space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals andsenior leadership.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• Bachelor's degree, or higher

• Preferably five (5) or more years of relevant health care experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
