As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver in Sugar Land, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a residential location. You will remain highly visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with residents and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
• Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and/or visitors.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address concerns and support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
