This role requires a strategic project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive marketing campaigns from concept through execution while maintaining rigorous process standards.

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Atlanta, GA
  • Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, work from home Fridays

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Own end-to-end project management for complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns across enterprise and events portfolios
  • Drive projects through complete lifecycle-planning, production, and launch-ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams
  • Leverage Adobe Workfront to plan, track, and report on all campaign activities and deliverables

Process Excellence & Compliance

  • Apply CPMO best practices and structured methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across all campaigns
  • Maintain real-time project updates in Workfront and Smartsheet, ensuring data accuracy and visibility
  • Adhere to established reporting cadences and governance frameworks
  • Champion process improvements and contribute to the evolution of CPMO standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative, media, operations, and other marketing teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Participate in regular CPMO staff meetings and quarterly SteerCo reviews to share progress, insights, and learnings
  • Build strong relationships with business partners to understand needs and deliver exceptional results

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks, delays, and resource constraints
  • Monitor campaign health, flagging at-risk deliverables and late tasks
  • Coach team members on accountability and timeline adherence
  • Escalate critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions when necessary

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and deliver weekly dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility
  • Provide quarterly portfolio metrics demonstrating campaign performance and project health
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to inform process optimization and strategic planning

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of marketing project management experience, preferably in enterprise or retail environments
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Workfront (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet (required)
  • Proven track record managing omnichannel marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Experience with Campaign Project Management Office (CPMO) frameworks or similar structured methodologies
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience creating dashboards and reporting on project metrics
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred

You'll Excel If You Have:

  • Experience with enterprise-scale marketing campaigns and event marketing
  • Background working in retail, consumer goods, or high-volume marketing environments
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows and digital asset management systems
  • Understanding of marketing operations, campaign orchestration, and resource management
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution

What Makes This Role Unique

This position sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to shape how major enterprise and event campaigns come to life while driving process innovation within a high-performing CPMO.
