This is a US-based remote position that will start as a 6 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical teams, designers, and business stakeholders, transforming vision into reality. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of web projects, from initial planning through successful delivery, directly influencing the user experience for a massive global audience. You'll lead the charge in defining and refining processes, championing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in our web development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities



  • Drive end-to-end execution of assigned web projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and at expected quality levels.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update detailed project schedules; track progress and proactively manage dependencies, blockers, and scope.
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, business, and compliance partners to clarify requirements and ensure deliverable readiness.
  • Provide regular project updates and ensure visibility into goals, timelines, risks, and decision points.
  • Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies; prevent issues from escalating into delivery blockers.
  • Surface constraints or cross-team dependencies promptly to internal leads.
  • Implement lightweight, effective processes that improve predictability and quality across the web development lifecycle.
  • Drive alignment on engineering and publishing best practices.
  • Help refine and evolve workflows (e.g., content publishing, release planning, QA review cycles) to improve operational efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience



  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager, Producer, or similar role delivering technical or web-based projects.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with technical project management for enterprise-level web application delivery with a user-centered focus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with running experimentation or A/B testing on the web or similar application platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with data analytics platforms and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain clear, effective production schedules spanning multiple disciplines.
  • Experience driving adoption of engineering best practices and cross-team alignment.
  • Strong conflict-resolution and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to design and manage evolving processes that are lightweight but predictable.
  • Results-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to balance scope, staffing, and budget constraints while maintaining high production quality.


Preferred Skills



  • Familiarity with automated testing concepts (unit testing, functional automation, TDD, code coverage).
  • Practical experience supporting or delivering with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
