Summary
The Vice President Strategy & Internal Consulting acts as a strategic catalyst within the organization-driving enterprise-wide transformation, shaping long-term strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact initiatives. They will work closely with the executive leadership team, and other key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships that drive growth and improve the company's capabilities. Provides pragmatic, data-driven recommendations that support decision making and supports the development of business strategies and actionable plans. The VP will work across all business units to ensure alignment and execution of cross-functional initiatives that support NYPA's growth and operational efficiency. The VP will lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. They will serve as a trusted advisor on emerging trends, technologies, and innovation opportunities that affect the enterprise, including supporting NYPA's strategic priorities as we implement Governor Hochul's directive to develop and construct at least 1 GW of advanced nuclear generation in Upstate New York Responsibilities

Approximately 20% travel primarily within NY State, some out of state travel The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $255,000 - $300,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
