Join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant in our New York office supporting senior leaders in our Client Solutions Group. In this role you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

    You will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives using Concur. You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support their success. You will also have the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team events.
    Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $115,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You can further read about the full spectrum of benefits we offer our people listed below.

    • Extensive calendar management, including booking meetings, managing conflicts and booking rooms/catering etc
    • Booking and confirming extremely complex travel arrangements including producing comprehensive travel itineraries, working on roadshows, flights, hotels, cars, trains and visas
    • Processing purchase orders and invoices on Coupa and processing monthly Amex / expense claims in Concur ensuring deadlines are adhered to
    • Producing and coordinating documents for meetings including printing, binding, scanning
    • General administration and support such as organizing large-scale events for the department and the team.
