As our Worksite Learning Coordinator, you will champion high school students by supporting them as they gain real-world experience, stay on track to graduate, and build confidence in their financial futures. You will design engaging classroom materials, deliver financial education workshops, and build strong connections with schools and community partners. Competitive base pay: $34.84 - $52.25 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
Where we're located: 330 Union Ave, Olympia WA. Employee must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. This is a hybrid position that blends working in-office and from home. Works onsite one (1) / two (2) / three (3) days per week. When you'd work: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, full-time minimum 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to meet service needs for this exempt position.
