The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Administrative Coordinator/Resident Coordinator provides administrative and secretarial support for the Radiology Department and Residency Program. Responsibilities include managing program schedules, prioritizing program-related tasks, and ensuring the Program Director is notified of all critical deadlines, RRC and ABR requirement updates, and institutional policy changes. The coordinator must effectively prioritize urgent matters, adapt to shifting needs, and serve as a liaison between the Program Director, faculty, residents, chief residents, and GME personnel. Additional duties include assisting residency applicants, organizing interview activities, preparing and distributing residency schedules (rotations, call, vacation, conference), and ensuring accurate data collection required for ABR certification.
