DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will oversee a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. The Bureau of Real ID will depend on your skills to evaluate documents from various sources, ensuring compliance with the standards set by Real ID laws, policies, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include resolving inconsistencies in driver license records through thorough research and problem-solving, as well as assisting different work units by examining driver license records to determine REAL ID eligibility and adherence to regulations. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant: (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
