We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a PIM Support Specialist. This role sits at the center of our product information, digital content, and marketing operations-supporting iconic brands including Otter Pops, Fla-Vor-Ice, Wyler's Italian Ice, Wyler's Light, Pure Kick, Flavor Aid, My-T-Fine, and Royal. The PIM Support Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining product content across Salsify and 1Worldsync (PIM/DAM), supporting new item setup, ensuring content accuracy and consistency, routing artwork, organizing digital assets, and enabling cross-functional teams to execute efficiently. This individual will play a critical role in improving operational workflows, supporting implementation initiatives, enhancing speed-to-market, and ensuring product data excellence across all channels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. PIM / Product Content Management
- Manage and maintain product data, attributes, copy, and digital assets within Salsify for all brands and product lines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product content across internal systems and syndicated retailer channels (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.).
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Salsify PIM/DAM in partnership with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and third-party implementation partners.
- Conduct regular audits of product content, packaging updates, and digital assets to ensure compliance with brand standards and evolving requirements.
- Support new item setup-including product attributes, descriptions, dimensions, certifications, and imagery-to enable timely commercialization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues within Salsify or related systems, escalating when needed.
Marketing Operations & Process Management
- Support daily marketing administrative activities, including team coordination, maintaining shared drives, updating trackers, and organizing marketing tools and documentation.
- Create and track purchase orders, shipping requests, sample orders, and other operational needs.
- Assist with marketing timelines, launch calendars, and project documentation across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Maintain internal catalogs, product lists, and reference documents to ensure that cross-functional teams have access to correct and current data at all times.
- Support cross-functional project management efforts to achieve a high on-time completion rate (target 98%).
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline marketing operations.
Artwork Routing, Proofing & Digital Asset Organization
- Route and review artwork for packaging, displays, and marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to manage revisions and approvals through to final signoff.
- Maintain the digital asset library and organize finalized production files for internal access and cataloging.
- Support updates to product photography, renderings, and marketing visuals within Salsify and shared drives.
Cross-Functional & New Item Support
- Coordinate new product setup and launch activities-including ensuring product data, timelines, and digital content are aligned across Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Sourcing, and Operations.
- Assist with packaging and development of instruction manuals as required.
- Track and report project status using project management tools; identify risks and assist in corrective action plans.
- Provide operational support during peak workload periods and contribute to maintaining department readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-3 years of experience in a PIM platform, Salsify, 1Worldsync required.
- Additionally, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, e-Commerce, or brand management is required.
- Proficient with Salsify, 1worldsync, or similar product content management systems required, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

BENEFIT & SALARY Jel Sert Company is committed to pay transparency and will provide further compensation information during the interview process. The minimum annual compensation for the PIM Support Specialist is $61,082. Compensation is determined by a candidate's experience, education, skills, training, and the internal equity within our organization. The actual compensation to be paid will be determined upon receipt of an offer.
