About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support furniture warranty services. This role involves coordinating with service technicians and customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. * Handle inbound/outbound calls, complete forms, and determine claim status per guidelines. * Dispatch and schedule service requests for technicians; process work orders and documentation. * Build strong relationships with technicians and business partners. * Source and onboard new technicians; provide feedback and coaching. * Act as liaison for business-to-business accounts; meet service-level agreements. * Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on claims, and close cases accurately. * Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Must Have: * 6+ months of call center experience (inbound or outbound). * Strong data entry and order processing skills (20-30% of role). * Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and multitasking. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and remotely. * High-speed internet and ability to hardwire modem to company-provided phone. Nice to Have: * Experience in logistics, dispatching, or claims. * Associate degree. Disqualifiers: * Job tenure less than 1 year in each position. * Inability to work remotely. Training & Performance * Side-by-side training for 2-3 weeks with ongoing leadership support. * Performance measured by cases completed (goal: 60+ per day).
