As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Lead in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence will be visible throughout the facility, and you will deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with clients and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the financial institution to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual circumstances.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with site management and/or law enforcement as necessary regarding security-related matters.
• Support a welcoming environment while maintaining awareness of surroundings and assisting with access control as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
