SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The responsibility of a Loan Assistant III is to direct the timely processing and fulfillment of Commercial loans. Additional tasks may be assigned at the direction of the Market Leaders. As a Loan Assistant III, you will be a key contributor with the deal team responsible for overseeing simple to complex commercial loans, complex client relationships, and providing expert guidance to junior staff. In this senior-loan assistant role, you will collaborate closely with the deal team to facilitate efficient loan closings. You will be responsible for the accuracy and uniformity of all loan documents to minimize the risk of loss to the Bank. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of commercial lending regulations will be essential in ensuring a seamless loan experience for clients and compliance with industry standards. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position could be in a cubicle or private office environment that may be loud throughout the day.If applicable telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology are delivered.
