This role also maintains building and grounds, documents work, and supports safety and continuous improvement initiatives. KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty adequately. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Knowledge of specialized field gained through specialized training equivalent to one year of college or trade school or equivalent experience of four to five years preferred. Experience: In addition to the educational requirements, two to four years of experience in industrial and facility repair. Must possess basic mechanical skills. Must demonstrate ability to follow written and verbal instructions with little or no supervision. Ability to read mechanical drawings and documentation. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment. Other Skills and Abilities Computer Skills - Experience with Microsoft Office and products desirable. Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, stablish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram from and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit to prepare reports and use computer equipment, walking to inspect facility including raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods and overall manufacturing and warehouse operations. Employees in this position are required to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally; and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently; and/or up to 40 pounds of force regularly; frequently will lift up to 30 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often subject to changing priorities, time pressures and constraints, and a high level of job-related stress. Work is performed on the manufacturing floor where the work environment is noisy and hearing protection is required for all employees. Employees must be able to wear other PPE such as eye and foot protection as required. Ability to work overtime as required.
