Responsibilities

Join Our Team as an Experience & Alumni Coordinator!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of clients and their families? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can foster connections and drive growth? If so, we want YOU to be part of our amazing team at Newport Healthcare!

Your Role:

Promote Client & Family Experiences: Drive the growth of our alumni program while contributing to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Experience and Alumni Department!

Build Strong Relationships: Lead psychoeducation and support groups, manage communications through our app and social media, and support national/local opportunities that benefit our Newport communities!

Enhance Local Experience Programs: Provide local experience support, act as a liaison for service recovery efforts, and assist with local strategies as specified by the management team!

Cultivate Team Relationships: Participate in weekly treatment teams and CCP syncs, provide valuable survey feedback, and support local morale efforts!

Contribute to Marketing & Advocacy: Use alumni resources to enhance company-wide marketing efforts, build positive brand awareness, and impact admission conversion rates!

Ensure Compliance: Utilize Newport Healthcare's information systems to maintain regulatory compliance and facilitate comprehensive record-keeping and reporting!

Other Duties: Be ready to take on exciting challenges as assigned!

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a mental health setting.

Bachelor's degree OR five (5) or more years of behavioral health experience required.
