What you'll be doing...As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to grow your careerwith a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within one of our retailstores. Here's what you can expect:* Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology, and exceptionalcustomer service to expand the Verizon network.* Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the rightquestions.* Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with acomplete top-down sales solution.* Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs withsimple and intuitive tech solutions.* Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operationalfunctions across merchandising and inventory.* Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending textmessages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.* Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyalcustomer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.We're hiring immediately! This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're juststarting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in basepay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals.Planning to go above and beyond? With our commission program, the opportunities areunlimited for employees who exceed their sales goals. Top performers could make an extra$14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of$65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.
