Job Overview We're looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Warroad, MN! This position is responsible for implementing and administering human resources programs and policies. This includes partnering with the HR team and broader HR organization to assist with securing and developing talent, shaping the culture and promoting Marvin values, and executing organizational design processes (strategy, structure, people, processes and rewards) in alignment with the HR and business strategic plans.
