Fueling your passion

As a District Manager - Field Service Operations, you are overseeing service execution, resource coordination, and customer communication across your assigned district. You are managing contracts, optimizing scheduling, and ensuring accurate invoices. You are strengthening client relationships, mitigating risks, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality service aligned with customer expectations.

As a District Manager - Field Service Operations, you are being responsible for:

  • Ensuring all activities follow Baker Hughes HS&E standards and non-negotiables
  • Understanding and managing assigned customer contracts and quotes
  • Coordinating job preparation, execution, and close out activities across teams
  • Scheduling and dispatching field personnel and resources
  • Serving as the primary customer contact for planning, execution, and closure
  • Managing client relationships to ensure service and commercial success
  • Following MOC and escalation processes when risks arise
  • Escalating issues that may impact service quality or customer objectives
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing, preventing revenue leakage, and supporting cash collection
  • Supporting operational efficiency, service quality, and team performance

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Have strong expertise in field service operations or service delivery coordination
  • Have excellent scheduling, planning, and resource allocation skills
  • Have strong customer facing and relationship management capabilities
  • Have the ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage escalations
