Through compelling narratives and persuasive messaging, this role supports transformational giving and deepens donor belief in UCLA's mission. From drafting a multi-million-dollar proposal to shaping the announcement of a landmark gift, the Senior Campaign and Proposal Writer helps donors see their potential for impact. This position will be instrumental in crafting compelling, donor-centric content and turning institutional vision into personalized, powerful communication that moves relationships forward. It's a strategic storytelling role that sits at the intersection of mission, momentum, and philanthropy. And by leading and growing other Development writing staff, they multiply internal capacity and ensure a consistent, campaign-ready voice across units.
