Responsibilities ECS is hiring a Geotechnical Engineering Practice Leader to lead our Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) operations in the Denver market. This is a senior leadership role with P&L ownership, responsibility for team growth, and a mandate to expand geotechnical engineering services while maintaining strong safety performance, technical quality, and client outcomes. This is a new G&MT department buildout, but you are not starting from scratch. ECS already has established Facilities and Environmental teams in the Denver region, active project wins, and a Regional VP with deep local relationships. You will have executive support, resourcing and financial backing, and the advantage of an employee-owned (ESOP) platform and an established brand in geotech and CMT. Key Responsibilities
