Location: 5200 E I 240 Service Rd, Oklahoma City, OK Responsibilities Position Overview: Join our dedicated team at Oklahoma Heart Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, safety-focused, and cost-effective medication-related care to our patients. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Education: Requires a bachelor or Pharm D. degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. American Society of Health System Pharmacist Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred Licensure/Certification: Registered pharmacist with current Oklahoma licensure. BLS certification preferred. Experience: Minimum two years hospital pharmacy experience or American Society of Health System Pharmacist Pharmacy Practice Residency, specifically an ASHP accredited postgraduate year 2 (PGY2) residency in area of specialty preferred. Working Knowledge: Able to interpret, assess, compound and dispense all pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of appropriate drug information sources and general knowledge of word and data processing operations sufficient to perform data entry and generate appropriate reports Why Join Us?
