Maintenance Technician Location: Arlington, TX Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts, overtime as needed) Keep our operations running smoothly! Pregis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Arlington, TX. This role is essential to ensuring our production equipment operates efficiently and safely. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and utility systems. Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems to keep operations running. Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform repairs as needed. Read and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and service manuals. Conduct preventative maintenance and document work orders accurately in CMMS. Maintain communication with departments and report issues promptly. Assist with inventory management for parts and supplies. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Pregis safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.). Keep work areas clean and organized according to sanitation schedules. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, or Computer Science preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read schematics and perform preventative maintenance. Knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing protocols.
