Position: QC Technician

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts, overtime as needed)

We're looking for a detail-oriented QC Technician to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Perform and document hourly inspections, run profiles, and retain samples per EverTec SOPs.
• Monitor production for defects and inaccuracies; correct and report non-conformities and initiate hold procedures when needed.
• Train team members on QA SOPs and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Packaging Team Leads and Operations to resolve quality issues.
• Communicate effectively during shift transitions for smooth handoffs.
• Identify raw material defects and report findings to the Quality Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection roles preferred.
• Ability to read a ruler, scale, and micrometer; perform basic math calculations.
• Strong communication skills (Spanish bilingual a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
