With ambitious growth targets, we are looking for the right person to work with legal support to the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team to support our M&A agenda. Here you willlead the legal workstreamon M&A transactions in close cooperation with the M&A team and the relevant business unit. This includes coordinating internal and external due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising on deal structure, risk allocation, and key legal issues. You will have a visible and impactful role, often acting as the main legal point of contact on specific deals. Yourtouchpoints will span the entire organization. You will collaborate with colleagues across all teams, including finance, tax, IP, regulatory, HR, operations, and the executive management, ensuring alignment across and effective execution of our transaction strategy. Externally, you will interact with counterparties, external counsel, financial advisors, and other stakeholders, representing our company's interests in a professional and solution-oriented manner. The role includes an expected travel activity of approximately20 days yearly. This is driven by ourglobal market presenceandinternational reach, with close collaboration across regions. Relevant professional skills and experience:
The ideal candidate is both proactive and structured with strong prioritization skills, have a development-oriented mindset with a natural drive for improvement, and can work independently while showing initiative and ownership. You are a strong communicator who works effectively with stakeholders across the organization and with external advisors and communicates confidently in English, both in writing and speaking.
