Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling compressor valves and parts according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

You will



  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions.
  • Assemble parts or components using hand tools, power tools, or machines.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and report any defects or issues.
  • Always follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Meet daily/weekly production goals and deadlines.


To succeed, you will need

  • Required Qualifications



    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
    • Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
    • Good manual dexterity and coordination.
    • Familiarity with basic tools and assembly procedures.
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Basic math and measurement skills.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
    • Capable of lifting 40 lbs. as needed.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
