Summary: The Sr. Director of Benefits is responsible for the strategic design, governance, and operational excellence of the organization's benefit programs. This role ensures that benefit programs are competitive, innovative, cost effective, compliant and aligned with the organization's total rewards philosophy. This role is responsible for overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of any supporting technologies or vendor relationships and ensuring data integrity within the systems. This roleleads cross-functional initiatives, manages vendor relationships, and serves as a subject matter expert on health and welfare, retirement, leave and wellbeing programs. Benefits programs include health & welfare (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, FSA, HSA), retirement (401(k)), leave, tuition, and well-being programs. The focus of this role is on U.S. benefits but will also manage some international benefit programs and vendors. Essential Functions:
