Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Determines and assists in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
  • Highly developed support for individual contributors.
  • Works autonomously.
  • Act as a mentor to lower-level peers and provide guidance on tasks.
  • Makes recommendations for solutions.
  • Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Uses knowledge and experience to resolve issues.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which impacts the team's overall results.
  • Work is of a larger scope, typically on less structured task-related activities requiring judgment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $31.25 - $43.26/ hr.

Hours: 9/80 (1st shift).

Length: Contract to Direct (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in reading and following instructions.
