The Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of Virginia is seeking a Compliance Analyst or Senior Compliance Analyst to join their team. A Compliance Analyst aids in executing compliance program components for the Institutional Review Board for the Social and Behavioral Sciences, including protocol and consent form review, record keeping, reporting, and evaluation. The position performs preliminary reviews of protocols, identifies potential concerns, reporting them to any supervisor, updates database, maintains files, and handles database issues as needed. This position is also in charge of aiding in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic materials for key review committees. Minimum Requirements: Compliance Analyst (Compliance Professional 2):

Physical Demands: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Anticipated Salary Range:Actual starting salary will be commensurate with experience
