Title: Learning and Development Intern (Multiple semesters required) Salary: $23.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students Focus: The Learning & Development Intern will support the design, development, and delivery of instructional content and learning programs to enhance employee development and training effectiveness. Learning and Development Intern Essential Job Functions: * Assist in creating instructional materials, adapting content for learners, and designing resources * Support the development or training roadmaps, research, and help evaluating learning effectiveness * Provide administrative support for the LMS platform and contribute to both routine and strategic learning and development initiatives Learning and Development Intern Minimum Requirements: * Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration (with HR concentration) or a related discipline degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines) with Learning & Development classwork, projects, or internship focus. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location. * Experience in content authoring tools used to create, organize, and package digital training materials (does not require advanced coding skills) such as Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc. required; Articulate 360 preferred. * Must be able to work continuously throughout the year (Can be part-time while taking classes) * Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations. * Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin * Ability to work part-time (20 hours a week) during normal business hours if working while taking classes and within a reasonable commute of the site * Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa * A Valid US Driver's license is required *Olin does not provide any form of sponsorship.
