You'llSupport Meaningful Work By:

• Analyzing material requirements to plan sequenced production and delivery of parts across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Coordinating material flow byexpeditingparts and assemblies between suppliers and departments according to production and shipping schedules.
• Resolving supply chain issues andparticipatingin lean improvement projects across plants and supply chains in North America.
• Maintainingaccuraterecords for tracking production operations, product coding, and material master data.
• Managing inventory by analyzing and addressing slow-moving or obsolete stock tomaintain optimallevels.
• Collaborating on multi-plant strategies tooptimizematerial flow, improve communication, and align inventory plans with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Businessor related field (or equivalent experience).
• +3 years of experience in production inventory controlenvironment. (Material planning)
• Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Proficiencyin SAP and legacy systems for scheduling and planning.
• Understanding and application of lean techniques in manufacturing operations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• APICS certification or equivalent in supply chain management.
• Ability to integrate new software tools and apply lean practices for scheduling solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for disruption management.
• High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple plants and teams.
• Initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
