Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time, onsite position within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

Salary/compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, up to $60,000, with a comprehensive benefits package disclosed upon hire.

Daily Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation structure to ensure AS9100 and regulatory compliance
  • Control company-wide documentation, including review, approval, release, revision, and obsolescence
  • Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to create and update, quality, and regulatory documents
  • Communicate document releases, revisions, and obsolete documentation across business units
  • Champion the submission, maintenance, and updating of Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) documentation
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and communicate changes to leadership
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities involving FAA, CAA, JAA, EASA, and related agencies
  • Perform internal audits and maintain the internal audit schedule
  • Support customer, third-party, and regulatory audits and investigations
  • Qualify new raw materials and verify compliance with quality and regulatory specifications
  • Complete customer compliance surveys and analyze regulatory compliance posture
  • Generate FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthiness Approval Tags and maintain DMIR certification
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, AS9100, Environmental, Health, and Safety policies
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned



Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a highly regulated compliance environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience, or AS9100 certification with at least 1 year of experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
