Description

This position is responsible for ordering new parts, staging parts, inspecting parts, and returning parts/cores in support of the Service Department. This includes entering Cat parts orders, ordering outside items from external vendors, tracking parts locations on an assembly line checklist to ensure all parts are staged, and expediting the timely arrival of all parts needed for scheduled jobs.

Job Qualifications:

This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level.



  • Must be able to work Mon-Friday -7 AM - 5 PM
  • School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • At least 5 years of customer service and/or warehouse experience; Auto parts industry is highly desired.
  • At least 3 years of computer experience. Must be proficient in MS Office software. (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Must be capable of accurate order processing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to interact well with customers and fellow employees.

  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, etc.


  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds approximately 10 times a day.

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.



  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.


  • Excellent attendance is required.
  • Must have a steady employment history
