What does a Sales Sr. Manager, Supermarkets, Mass, Club, & E-Commerce do at Swire Coca-Cola?


Lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships within Club, Mass e-commerce and assigned local supermarket chains. This role focuses on building deep, trust based relationships with high-impact customers while delivering sustainable growth through disciplined financial management, omnichannel execution, data-driven decision making, and long-term joint business strategies. The leader will drive innovation and scalability by leveraging advanced tools, cross-functional collaboration, and broader industry and platform alliances.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives through mentoring, performance management, cross functional exposure, and succession planning to ensure readiness for expanded responsibilities
  • Provide short- and long-term (5-Year CAGR) strategic direction for the Club, Mass, e-commerce and local supermarket channels to drive revenue, profit, volume, market share, Share of Visual Inventory (SOVI), and overall system health
  • Own and drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Club, Mass, e-commerce, and local supermarket channels including annual and multi-year strategies focused on growth, profitability, supply chain efficiency, and shopper/member value
  • Ensure the execution of all available tools and resources for development and literacy of Account Executives to include self development, Collaborating for Value, Persuasive Presentation Skills, Collaborative Business Planning, and latest available selling techniques
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and institute strategic support in commercial programming, sales capabilities, logistics, IT, research & analytics, product supply, category management, shopper marketing and revenue growth management
  • Oversee customer team financial performance, including budget management, forecast accuracy, trade spend effectiveness, ROI measurement, and investment prioritization
  • Own accountability for return on investment across all customer investments, including trade spend, price investments, retail media, digital content, search, fulfillment models, and customer-specific programs
  • Lead and manage core retail partnerships, cultivating strategic and individualized relationships with retailer's senior leadership teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
  • 8-10 years proven sales experience/customer management required
  • 8-10 years beverage or consumer packaged goods industry experience required
  • 2-4 years sales operations experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, analytical systems, data research platforms, and forecasting tools
  • Experience leading teams to successful outcomes using financial, technological and data literacy skills
  • Experience and understanding of key cross functional competencies to include category management, revenue management, commercial programming, logistics, product supply, advanced selling capabilities
  • Successful track record of building strong business relationships within a marketplace
  • Understanding of promotional activities, product lines and competitive positioning
  • Experience leading teams to successful outcomes using financial, technological and data literacy skills

Base pay range is $138,160 to $181,335 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
