Job Title: GI Surgery Oncology Provider (NP or PA), Inpatient

Location: The Johns Hopkins Hospital; Baltimore, Maryland

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Surgery Provider to join our esteemed team at Johns Hopkins Hospital. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our renowned healthcare institution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all inpatient patient care functions.
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams.
• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing Surgery Oncology procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Current certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (Adult Gero Acute Care NP required or PA) with relevant specialization in GI Surgery Oncology. New graduate APPs welcome. RN General Surgery experience preferred.
• Prior experience in GI and minimally invasive surgery is highly preferred.
• Maryland State License, including active (or ability to obtain) DEA/CDS.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
