The Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Equipment Services leadership and Associates across the United States while leading a team of HR Business Partners. This role drives talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and reporting/analytics, while championing key HR initiatives to support both leaders and associates. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
