Summary We are seeking a skilled Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems under the supervision of a licensed journeyman or master electrician. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in the electrical trade and looking to build foundational skills in a supportive and safety-focused environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary. Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Support journeyman electricians in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues. Follow safety protocols and comply with local and national electrical codes. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction as required by the apprenticeship program. Enrollment or eligibility for a registered apprentice program Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (i.e heights, confined spaces) Reliable transportation and punctuality Education High School Diploma or GED required; current or recent Certification from respected electrical program. Skills and Experience Problem assessment and problem solving. Information gathering and information monitoring. Attention to detail and accuracy. Telephone skills Customer service oriented. Teamwork.
