Join our Global Supply Chain Rotational Program, an 18 month immersive experience designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders. This program provides top early-career talent with hands-on experience across multiple critical areas of our global supply chain - helping you build deep, cross-functional knowledge while discovering where your passion truly lies. As a full-time employee of Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, you will be guided by dedicated program and department mentors to equip yourself with skills, insights, and a professional network to jump start your supply chain career. Upon completion of the program, each associate will have a defined career path for continued development and accelerated career growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Participate in structured rotations across key supply chain functions, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as sourcing, planning, logistics, and operations.
  • Own and drive impactful projects that align with departmental objectives and deliver measurable business value.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support informed decision-making across supply chain processes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report progress and results from assigned tasks and projects.
  • Leverage supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP software, Excel, analytics platforms) to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable, data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders across the organization to support end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and business reviews, contributing observations, ideas, and support to strategic conversations.
  • Deliver end-of-rotation presentations summarizing accomplishments, learnings, and contributions.
  • Engage with assigned mentors throughout each rotation to receive guidance, feedback, and career development support.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and professionalism while navigating a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.

Experience



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles through coursework or academic projects
  • Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus



Skills



  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with proactive, learning mindset
  • Willingness to be on-site and engaged in a hands-on environment
  • Flexibility to rotate across multiple departments and adapt to change



LOCATION

Lakewood, Colorado - Onsite - Open to candidates willing to relocate to the area.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • There will be an occasional requirement to work outside of normal business hours, consistent with other global positions.
  • Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:$62,900.00to$78,700.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:7.0%
