GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Senior Enterprise Data Analyst will lead our enterprise-wide analytics and executive reporting to support the Office of the CEO, Board of Directors, and broader executive leadership team. This role will translate complex, multi-source data into clear, decision-ready insights that support strategic planning, performance management, governance, and data integrity across our organization.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff within the Office of the CEO, this role serves as the centralized owner of cross-functional data reporting.

Salary range ($110,000-$120,000). Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Create enterprise analytics strategy and create executive reporting leveraging inputs across Finance, Operations, HR, Safety, IT, and other functional areas.
  • Translate complex, multi-source data into concise narratives for executive and board audiences.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve executive dashboards and recurring reporting to support strategic initiatives.
  • Transform existing data sets and systems for reliability and usability.
  • Identify data gaps and reporting inefficiencies across functions and work cross-functionally to improve data reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within our data processes to enhance our governance and reporting standards.
  • Establish scalable analytics processes, documentation, and standards to support future growth of enterprise analytics capabilities.
  • Serve as primary point of accountability for enterprise data management and processes.
  • Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement areas.


EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar analytical role supporting senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize a variety of datasets into clear insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous, multi-source data and exercise sound judgment in defining and interpreting metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex data clearly to executive and board level audiences.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and comfort working with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience managing or leading analysts or cross-functional workstreams. This role is an individual contributor role but may evolve to lead a small team as enterprise needs grow.
