We are currently seeking dedicated Construction Inspectors / Observers to join our team in Logan, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals or recent graduates eager to start their careers and build our communities.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Construction Inspector / Observer, you'll be on the front lines of our projects, ensuring quality and safety. Your key duties will include:

• Inspecting and interpreting project specifications and working drawings on-site.
• Recording and documenting field data, generating comprehensive reports.
• Collaborating with project staff on design changes and solutions.
• Communicating effectively with all project entities to ensure seamless coordination.
• Monitoring and verifying installed construction quantities to approve payment requests.
• Adhering to strict health and safety procedures on all job sites.

What We're Looking For

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Previous related experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and safely traverse construction sites.
• Commitment to Safety: Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal background check, and drug test.
