Staffing and Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Hybrid (Massachusetts or Minnesota) Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Staffing & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring strategies for hourly, clerical/technical, and exempt (professional) employees within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role oversees direct labor staffing, vendor management, sourcing strategies, and compliance, while serving as the primary liaison between site leadership, corporate staffing teams, and external partners.
