SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support the DHYSL/WSN-11 project. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technical and engineering projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality while serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.



Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Manage projects through all phases of the lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.
  • Identify project requirements and develop risk management plans.
  • Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes in response to RFQs.
  • Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with customers and internal teams.
  • Supervise, train, and develop project staff.
  • Interview and hire personnel to meet project requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide regular project status updates.
  • Prepare routine project status reports and deliverables.



Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Three (3)+ years of experience as a Project Manager of technical or engineering projects.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience leading a multi-discipline systems engineering project team.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
