Job Summary

Responsible for analytics tracking & reporting, online asset tagging, and UX pathing analysis. Manage web analytic tools and reporting, as well as optimization suggestions to drive business growth. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Strategic Marketing, Client and Project Managers. This position typically will advise and counsel: Traffic and Production Coordinators. This position will supervise: N/A.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Work with analytics users across the University, develop and maintain a suite of best practices for marketing, reach, and SEO; Follow the latest trends in online advertising and provide user community with sound rationale in increasing return-on-investment.

Job Duty 2 -
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for the University's online properties and translate those requirements into tracking strategies.

Job Duty 3 -
Contribute to Institute Communications training and customer support materials when required as well as coordinate client projects and administrative aspects of client projects as needed.

Job Duty 4 -
Interact with development teams to provide implementation requirements for Google Analytics and other tools as necessary.

Job Duty 5 -
Stay abreast of web analytics trends, tools, and best practices. Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools and capabilities in the analytics industry.

Job Duty 6 -
Perform ad-hoc analysis as necessary to answer business questions and drive decisions.

Job Duty 7 -
Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with a variety of projects.

Job Duty 8 -
Report and analyzes website performance, online experience and engagement analytics.

Job Duty 9 -
Work with management and stakeholders to identify requirements and delivery relevant/actionable analysis.

Job Duty 10 -
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Two years hands-on market research experience

Required Experience
Six to eight years of job related experience

Certificate or professional education in digital marketing Preferred skills include advanced knowledge of digital marketing and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively, assimilate information quickly, analyze problems and implement appropriate solutions

Master's Degree in Business Administration
