Position Summary

The Administrative Service Representative (ASR) serves as a customer service ambassador for patients, families, physicians, and staff. This role supports daily unit operations, manages administrative workflows, and acts as a central communication hub to ensure smooth patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Sibley's Circle of Excellence
  • Manage phones, front-desk operations, and service recovery
  • Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and EMR documentation
  • Coordinate communication across the care team
  • Assist with unit operations, equipment tracking, and emergency responses


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Salary Range: Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 28.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
