What You Will Do as a Special Sew Operator:

  • Measure, mark, and sew garments according to specifications.
  • Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worth sharing with visitors.
  • HOURS: 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.

As a Special Sew Operator, you will make a difference by consistently producing high-quality work, supporting team efficiency, and maintaining strict attention to detail. Precision, speed, and consistency are critical in meeting specifications while minimizing errors and waste. By following procedures carefully and maintaining equipment properly, you will help ensure smooth production flow and dependable output.

Skills for Success:

  • SEWING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
  • Must observe the attendance policy.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Write, read, and speak English.
  • Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
  • Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
  • Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills will be used for measuring and marking garments.
