Operations Analyst - Loan Operations (6-Month Contract)

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Onsite - Dallas, TX

Position Overview

Advantage xPO is hiring an Operations Analyst to support a global financial services organization at its Dallas, TX location. This role focuses on loan operations support, data analysis, and operational reporting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support loan operations and back-office processes
• Analyze operational data and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Review documentation and reports for compliance and quality
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments
• Manage high volumes of work while meeting daily deadlines
• Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Prior experience or strong knowledge of Loan Operations highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
