Customer Service Representative I - Largo What you will do

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a critical role within our Order Management Team, serving as the primary connection point between our customers, internal partners, and factory operations. You will be responsible for receiving and processing routine customer orders, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring accuracy and timely followthrough. Your work directly supports Largo's operational excellence, enabling our production team to meet aggressive deadlines and maintain exceptional service levels.

This frontline role is essential to keeping our factory operating efficiently and ensuring every customer receives a bestinclass experience.

How you will do it
  • Receive and process routine customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with assigned customers and sales staff.
  • Use knowledge of products, inventory, manufacturing schedules, and availability to support customer needs and align expectations.
  • Monitor order status, communicate updates, and proactively address potential delays or issues.
  • Serve as the communication link between customers, operations, production, and sales teams.
  • Document all customer interactions according to Johnson Controls standards.
  • Support continuous improvement activities in order management and customer experience.
What we look for

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, order management, or related experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with customers.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal order systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
  • Familiarity with product configuration, scheduling, or order lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solutionfocused when supporting customer escalations.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $17-23. (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
